Wholesale FAQ

Wholesale pricing is available for registered businesses that can meet the following guidelines:

Currency

    • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars.

Wholesale Pricing

    • Wholesale prices are 65% of retail as listed on the website (35% discount). If items of interest are no longer listed on the website, a quote will be provided upon request.
    • $500 order minimum.
    • Payments are made in full, up front. Accepted payment methods include credit card and e-transfer.

Processing Time & Shipping

    • Depending on the size of the order, you can expect it to be completed and shipped within 8-12 weeks (the unfortunate reality of handmade pottery!).
    • Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and size of order and shipped via FedEx, UPS or Purolator. 
    • We are committed to using sustainable packaging including, but not limited to, plastic-free and biodegradable materials wherever possible.

Ordering Procedure

    • To place an order, email susie@skimceramics.com with item names and quantities, as well as your full name and billing/shipping address.
    • You will then receive an e-invoice that will list order details and total.
    • You can pay by credit card via the link in the e-invoice or pay by e-transfer.

Order Pick Up

    • We offer contactless pick-up options from Fort Erie, Ontario, instructions will be provided once a pick up time as been scheduled.

Shipping

    • Currently, SKIM Ceramics ships worldwide
    • All packages are shipped with a tracking number using either, Canada Post, Purolator, UPS or FedEx.
    • We are committed to using sustainable packaging including, but not limited to, plastic-free and biodegradable materials wherever possible.

Returns

    • All purchases are final.
    • Returns are generally not accepted unless the item you receive is not as described or arrives damaged. If somehow your order arrives damaged, please reach out to susie@skimceramics.com with pictures of the damage within 7 days. After 7 days it may no longer be eligible for refund or replacement.
    • If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
    • Shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable. 
    • If a replacement is deemed appropriate, we will make every effort to replicate the original item but with all handmade products, there may be small and unique differences from piece to piece. 

Custom Orders

    • Customizations are made at the discretion of SKIM Ceramics.
    • Generally, small modifications like sizing, colour swapping, etc can be accommodated but unique and new designs are not. We can discuss this more if you have an idea in mind as well.
